• How Should I Prepare For Mass

I am going to be hosting a bbq in a state park soon and really want to make mac and cheese. I'm having a little bit of trouble coming up with how this should be done in terms of preparation. I'm going to be getting to the park early, around 9am but guests will be coming at around noon. Should I make the entire mac and cheese and bake it in the evening the night before? Maybe put it into a foil pan, then the next day at the park put it onto the grill to reheat it? Or should I find the time to make the mac and cheese early in the morning and bake it before leaving to the bbq? This would still end up with a cold mac and cheese since people will only be arriving at 12.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to do this I would really appreciate your input. Sorry if this seems a bit silly but I never hosted anything like this before and really want to make sure the food tastes best and the quality is not lost.
